Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges within Australia on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products, to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your Melini products. In order to offer an exchange, the original product must be unused and in new condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests after this point will be denied.

If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.
There is a limit to one free exchange/return per order within Australia. For example, if you exchange for another style and that style doesn't suit you either, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

We offer a perfect lash guarantee on all orders. If you’re not 100% happy with our lashes (we know you will be), we will happily provide you a full refund upon the return of your lashes.

Returns

We are happy to offer 30 day returns on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests after this point may not be accepted.

We are pleased to offer this return policy on unused items in new condition. We have remarkably low rates of return and we are proud of the glam high-quality lashes that we make. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on our products that have not been used or have been removed from their packaging.

Please note that you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the order to you.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if your product order totals $200 and we ship the order to you for $15, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. By purchasing from Melini, you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
Melini is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.


How do I make a return?


Please submit your return request via email by clicking here. Your order number can be found on the email confirmation that was sent when your order was processed.

If you wish to return your product, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend the use of a tracked shipping service, or provide a proof of postage receipt as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.

All products must be shipped back unused in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you, or a restocking fee will be charged, which will be determined on a case by case basis.


For international returns outside of the Australia, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES". We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the Australia, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid.


When will I receive my refund?


A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product was not used and in new condition. Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.
